Available online or in person, this initial evaluation is designed to provide a thorough understanding of your mental health needs. During this session, we explore your current concerns, symptoms, history, and overall functioning in a supportive, structured environment. Formulation of personalized care involves integrative strategies and medication management appropriately.

Follow up Appointments
Follow-up visits are typically scheduledevery 2–4weeks, depending on clinical needs. These sessions focus on monitoring progress, adjusting treatment, and providing ongoing support to maintain stability and functional improvement.

Referral
If a client needs services beyond the scope of our practice, we will provide appropriate referrals whenever possible. This may include therapy, psychological testing, substance use treatment, specialized psychiatric care, or a higher level of care. Our goal is to help connect each client with the most appropriateresources for their needs. We are committed to supporting continuity of care and overall well-being.
